PyConf Mini Davao 2024 is a event aimed at expanding and strengthening the Python community in Davao City. The event features keynote speakers and lightning talks that explore how Python technologies drive innovation in local tech startups and agencies across the region. It is also a pre-event for the Davao Startup Weekend.
The event will be held on September 26, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The venue is tentatively set to be at Ateneo de Davao University.
The event is open to Python developers of all skill levels, tech startup representatives, agency professionals, students in computer science and technology fields, and tech enthusiasts.
We conduct preregistrations through our online registration platform. Due to limited slots, we screen preregistrations based on your profile. Updates on your Pre-registrations will be sent over email.
Participants will gain insights into the use of Python in real-world applications, have opportunities to network with like-minded individuals, and learn from industry experts. Additionally, there will be a chance to engage with the local tech community and explore potential collaborations.
Please bring a valid ID for verification at the registration desk. It’s also recommended to bring a notebook or device for taking notes and a positive attitude for learning and engaging with the community.
Yes, afternoon snacks will be provided to all participants. Additionally, lunch will be provided to volunteers and speakers.
Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of participation after the event.
